This is an update to what adjustments have been made here at Symons Valley UC regarding coronavirus (COVID-19). We know that many of you are concerned. We want to share the steps we’re taking to minimize risk at Symons Valley United Church.
The measures we’re taking have been developed following best practices in responding to COVID-19, consulting with health officials, and following recommendations set forth by the United Church of Canada and Chinook Winds Region.

Please get medical help if you are experiencing ALL THREE of the following symptoms of COVID- 19: Fever; Cough; Difficulty breathing. The Alberta’s Chief Medical Officer advised that people with symptoms NOT go to emergency departments but contact Health Link at 811 to receive direction.
